UPDATED + SCOOP: Panamera/Cayenne V6 Launch Offers Surprises
You have to admit, Porsche sure as hell knows how to have a party.

For instance, listen to the colorful history of the Grand Hotel Schloss Bensberg, which is located in the Rhineland area -- near Cologne. The hotel was initially used as a military headquarters then was converted into an insane asylum. Since 2000 it has been a hotel. See? That's character.

Back to the cars...

This morning's pictures focused primarily on the Cayenne V6. Now that we've moved onto the Panamera, we have some exciting new details on the 2011 model year. The V6 will debut with an updated suspension that provides a more comfortable ride for its occupants. The scoop? The revamped suspension will also make an appearance on Porsche's 2011 Panamera S and Turbo

Additionally, we have another interesting piece of information. If you scroll down until the very last picture, you'll notice that there is an image from the presentation discussing the V6's buyer profile. Although it is depicting the German consumer, the Spies want to know: do you think the American buyer profile is/will be any different?

It's really not that bad once you get used to it.

Very intuitive set up.

Better than Audi's MMI and BMW's iDrive, even with updated software, IMHO.

I like buttons. Better than one knob, a screen, and a sea of menus to navigate through. Not to mention they make the interior look more purposeful, instead of a living room or the inside of a coffin.

You know how BMW made the I-drive better? They added Buttons. LOL!!

Awesome, awesome car. The Turbo I drove was truly a Dr. Jekyll/Hyde vehicle- just incredible. I'm not so sure the V6 mod will do all that well here though. Then again we're no longer the number one car player in the world so it may not matter. For me personally I would not own the V6 version though...
