Nice pictures, are those tail lights LED or not?

Audi guys....

Is this the interior that stayed true the shooting brake concept? Am I way off? I'm not liking it too much. I don't usually say that about Audi interiors. I'm hoping it's just the pics.

I know most people won't be too sure about the interior, but Audi may have done well to keep it safer with keeping it simple. Having been in and around the old TT, I do like the interior (though less futuristic). The audio set up looks bland or really different than the other models. Not so sure why that is...I wonder if NAV will be offered.

And why can't we get that steering wheel in the US (as OEM)!! I might be wrong but that looks like the wheel from the RS4 that didn't come state side. Stupid regulations!

The TT's shape is a hard one to work on...much like the Beetle or the Mini. I love how this one has come out. A couple criticisms though...I think the taillights look a bit too wide and in a profile shot that I saw, the back and looked way to stubby compared to the front end. Whatever...I bet it looks great in person. The interior is gorgeous too...definitely an Audi specialty.

The new TT makes good in its exterior design and moves the TT's beauty forward. The lines are awesome as are the lights.
Inside I wish it was more radical, kind of like when the original TT came out. It looks a lot more conservative than the outgoing model. None of the neat top of the dash "piping to the air vents". Also I wish more cars would offer more auxillary gauges. Would be a really nice touch to know what else is going on in a car that is designed to be sporting.
I can't wait to see this in person. And I hear the pricing remains about the same as the outgoing one!! Awesome!

Commonsense,

Well good...it's just the pics then. I didn't think it would be boring. Audi's interiors never are.

NAV/MMI

Yes, a full featured DVD Sat-Nav will be offered as an option on the new TT. It will have the same MMI controls featured in the new A4.

What you see in these pics is the base stereo unit with a single CD slot.
