Mitsubishi planning to cut the price of its electric cars to $22,000

Mitsubishi announced that it is planning to cut the price of its electric cars to ¥2 million or about $22,000 by 2012 fiscal year. This means that the prices will be down by almost a third and it appears that this move will be made by Mitsubishi to capitalize on the growing popularity of cars in that price range.
