Saab could build cars in China if its annual volume in the market hits 10,000 units
If the annual volume of Saab’s vehicles in the market reaches 10,000 units in China, production could be moved to the country, according to Spyker Cars NV Chairman Victor Muller. Speaking at the Automotive News Europe Congress, Muller said that the company aims to sell 10,000 cars in China annually in the next three years.

They're already building Audi, VW and Buick in China, and the quality is excellent. Saab only sold 800 units in China in 2008 - 10K vehicles per year is very ambitious.
