And YOU Thought Your Commute Was Bad, Don't Live In THESE Cities If You Want Effortless Driving
Oh-kay, so you just stepped into the office and you're raging about that jerk that cut you off. I know you do not want to hear this right now but the truth is, it could be worse. A lot worse.

You know it is bad when 40 percent of workers in New Dehli say that they would rather stay at work longer to lessen their commutes.

According to our lovely little graph here, the top three worst cities to commute in are Beijing, Mexico City and Johannesburg.

Where does your city come in, Spies?

After what I had to deal with yesterday, how the hell does New York place so low?!

Big surprise. According to a recent study by IBM, Los Angeles ranks the worst in "commuter pain" among American cities. On an international scale, however-- it could be worse.

The survey interviewed 8,192 motorists in 20 cities on six continents. Beijing ranks number one in commuter pain, followed closely by Mexico City, Johannesburg, and Moscow. Los Angeles, the first of U.S. cities on the index, is only 14th on the list of twenty cities.

The index was based on commuting time and time stuck in traffic. Los Angeles scored 25 while New York scored 19 and Houston 17...

I'd be curious to know where Atlanta ranks. The morning commute is pretty aweful but, come 6p I'm ready to stomp a mudhole in about 99% of the drivers as I sit in gridlock.

But Whoever did this survey should have asked the residents of Lagos Nigeria.

The few days i spent in that city was spent in Traffic.

Between the hours of 8am and 8pm it is RUSH HOUR and i kid you not. a 3 mile trip through some parts of Lagos would take 4 hrs.

People leave home at 5am so they can get to work for 9am {They Drive, not use Public Transport}

I had a Chauffeur and i still felt like killing something to vent my anger, i cannot even begin to imagine what i would feel if i was behind the wheel.
