NHTSA investigating Bmw Z4 and Mazda3 for steering flaws
According to the latest reports from NHTSA, it appears that Bmw and Mazda vehicles are currently under investigation for possible defects with power-steering systems. The affected models are the Bmw Z4 and the Mazda3.

NHTSA said that they received over 140 complaints related to a loss of power steering and more than 342,000 vehicles may lead to recalls. It appears that the model year 2003-2005 BMW Z4s have had one crash and 107 complaints

BMW has steering issues? Say what....that doesn't even add up. The Ultimate Driving Machine that loses steering control....what's the world coming too?

Goes to show that alot of people buy them because of the badge....lol! But I still love 'em!

That variable ratio steering is a smooth running killer man. You go to pull in your driveway and the next thing you know....bam!...you pull a 180 degree spin and head back across the street into your neighbors yard!

It could happen.....
