Rumor: MINI working on a minivan based on Countryman crossover
There’s a rumor that the Mini will not get any bigger but rather, it will be roomier. This space concept is said to be slated to arrive within the next few years.

You know what's funny is the size of the various Mini models don't vary enough for the average consumer to take notice; just the design. And even that doesn't vary much. It's like they've relegated themselves to building smaller versions of larger vehicles.

I've often thought that the Ford Flex sort of looked like a Mini on steroids, but it was more of a full-sized van than a minivan.
