Looks to me like they need a lot of help from MB or Porcshe to learn how Turbos needs to be setup. (expierience).

Administrative people does not necessarly understand engineering process even if they are engineers. >:-). BMW is High reving engine but most of turbo expirience for bimmers comes from Alpina or Dinan.

I agree with CommonSense BMW has always understated their HP stats. I would put money on the 335i 0-100 km/h is more like 5.0 sec flat. That would be just under the current M3.
