Yeah, I would prefer a more throaty exhaust note.

It will be VERY interesting to see what kind of power this car will make. My heart wants to say 400 but my brain says a conservative 350.

Power is great and all, but I would prefer the focus to be on weight and handling. These are the things that play a larger role in making a car rewarding to drive. A fast lap in a well driven E30 M3 around race track will open your eyes! The E30 M3 is frighteningly fast in corner entry, mid-corner, and corner exit and plenty quick on the straights (which are the boring part anyway).
