TOUGH Decision: Porsche 997 SportClassic Vs. Ferrari 458 Italia Vs. Lamborghini LP550-2 Valentino Balboni

TOUGH Decision: Porsche 997 SportClassic Vs. Ferrari 458 Italia Vs. Lamborghini LP550-2 Valentino Balboni
So, when you are given the chance to choose between a Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche, you must live a pretty damn good life.

But here's the catch; two out of the three are limited editions of low-volume cars. Essentially, you're getting some seriously exclusive autos.

For example, the Porsche Sport Classic will only have 250 built and speaks to the Carrera RS 2.7 generation. It is a tremendously special piece but how will it hold up against these two monsters?

A Ferrari 458 Italia and Lamborghini LP550-2 Valentino Balboni.

Both have that Italian, high fashion flare and over 500-horsepower to the Porsche's 403. The Ferrari brings sexy and panache back to a brand that many critics felt was lacking for some time. Meanwhile the bull is a rear-wheel drive lovefest for the famed Lamborghini test driver, who can be likened to the company's matador.

Pick your poison, ladies and gentlemen and weigh in down below.

I'm through with flame wars. I will take these 3 and call it a day. They are all instant classics. Engineering wise they are all great in their own right. I'd love to drive any one of these 3. I'd love for the 911 turbo to possess some of the styling cues the sport classic received though. Other that i'm just nitpicking.

Hm, it almost seems as if both of the Italians are too predictable.

Give me the 997 Sport Classic. I'll go for the curveball.

Why isn't there a Lexus LF-A on that list? I'll tell you why. Its because the LF-A destroys every car on that list in looks and performance. The LF-A is in a different league than those cars. Nevermind.

LexSucks: actually no it doesn't. The LF-A has no heritage. These are tribute cars in a sense. Also the price point is totally different. It's too far apart from these cars. The LF-A is too over priced anyways although it's a great piece of kit.

I'll take the Lambo any day over the other 2 simply for the fact that I am amazed at the simple wedge design that somehow looks so damn good to me.

Definitely the Ferrari 458 Italia. However, as an alternative, I would choose a ZR1 in white and a 550i with X drive, and still have money leftover.

Speaking from experience here...Italian trash.....If you like to be at the mechanics most of your time...go for it.. buy the Italian junk....Besides. ferrari and lambo both have a preferred customer list so none of you guys would ever see one anyways..According to the guineas..you have to buy one of their not so great models then be on a wait list and hope theirs a car left after all the princes and kings and billionaires are done buying them. check it out for yourselves.... As for heritage, I personally own a FordGT40 Heffner Twin Turbo and an older Aston Martin DB-R and each one will dust all 3 of those cars. In addition, I'll have enough money to buy a nice Hummer to haul my boat to the Keys...LOL.. go figure, if some guinea will make it and put an overpriced sticker on it. Theres an idiot out there who will definately pay for it... Happy motoring guys, be safe out there....
