Audi RS6 production coming to an end
German manufacturer Audi has initiated the plans to end production of the current RS6 model, the most powerful creature on the battlefield, at the end of the third quarter of 2010.

The model will undoubtedly make its market return in a couple of years since the next-generation Audi A6 is scheduled to debut sometime early next year, most likely at the Geneva Motor Show. The next RS6 will follow shortly.

Thats too bad what a power house this thing was....and I want to see if they actually OVERHAUL the next gen A6 or refresh it like they sorta did to the new A8

Yes too bad it never made it to the states. The twin turbo V10 is quite a beast even in stock form. Many chipped RS6s running in Europe with 700 horsepower shaming many supercars acceleration wise.
