GM offering incentives for the 2009 and 2010 models of the Corvette ZR1
General Motors is offering incentives for the 2009 and 2010 models of the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. This is the first time that the carmaker offers incentives on this model.

When the coupe first arrived at dealerships, consumers were snatching them up very quickly and dealers sometimes made “market adjustments” that could add even more than $50,000 to the original price. But since then, sales for the ZR1 have dipped, causing GM to try to entice consumers once again. Buyers to the 2010 ZR1 will receive a $3000 cash back or 0% financing for 60 months.

I wonder if it would still be sold out if Toyota made as many LF-A's as Chevy does Corvette ZR1's... Apples and oranges, my friend.

The Corvette interior has been a sore point for years. But, the way I see it, if having an "ordinary" interior is the price I pay for reliability and perfromance, then it's a good deal. Call me odd, but I actually prefer the Corvette interior to anything made by Audi. Yes I said it. The so-called King of Interiors gets no diplomatic immunity in Tangoland.
