2010 Bugatti Veyron Linea Vincero dOro by Mansory

2010 Bugatti Veyron Linea Vincero dOro by Mansory
With the LINEA Vincero d’Oro, MANSORY has completed its strictly limited series for the refined Bugatti Veyron 16.4. After the specialist for exclusive luxury vehicles raised the bar for high-performance sports cars by another level in March 2009, MANSORY is now placing the crowning glory on the art of refinement. Using targeted changes, MANSORY first transformed the Bugatti Veyron into the LINEA Vincero and then, using a special gold-coloured alloy, into the unique LINEA Vincero d’Oro.

Compared with the standard Veyron, the LINEA Vincero has received a comprehensive facelift to its front, consisting of modified fenders, a shortened bonnet and a striking front apron.

The LED daytime running lights and the stylised letter “V” (paying homage to the name Vincero) built into the car’s front end are particular highlights of the new design while the newly developed side skirts form a visual and aerodynamic link between the axles. Larger air outlets at the rear and at the sides of the car ensure optimal engine cooling and, with the new diffuser, underscore the vehicle’s vibrant design. MANSORY manufactures almost all the components in the car’s body from ultra-light, high-strength carbon and the autoclave method of hardening under high pressure and high temperatures used during the manufacturing process makes a huge improvement to the quality of the materials. One unique feature of the design of the LINEA Vincero d’Oro is the carbon fabric with inbuilt copper thread used by MANSORY, the metallic sheen of which really brings out the exceptional nature of this special car.

I'm starting to wonder if Mansory actually builds these crap cars to get attention, because I can't imagine somebody buying one of these bastardized pieces of trach.

@ theoptimisticpessimist, The thing about Mansory is that it focus on execution and if i may say, they do a great job of executing the look of the car. I use to be the guy who aways blast Mansory. In fact I email them to give them a piece of my mind on things. Nevertheless, because I am an industrial designer myself, I had to pull back and really analyze what the designers are doing here. I think they just have too much fun with the color which throws a lot of people off. What I had to do is to mentally remove the crap-tacurlar color out of the picture and focus on the execution. And by far they have one of the best executions in the world of tuning.

"they do a great job of executing the look of the car"

I sorry Mansory cars look awful, tacky, and grotesque. I have yet to see one come even close being attractive. Their design team ruin the car. As having fun with color so does my 4 year old nephew, and he is more successful at it than Mansory.

First off the Veyron isn't the most beautiful piece of design in the world so you can't say Mansory ruined it in terms of shape. The colors are a bit out there but at the end of the day at least you can say it's unique and very rare. The Mansory version of the 599 is nice I think.

Look, fellas, I'm not saying that their cars are the most beautiful thing that come across the planet, but I'm rather taking note of the execution. These particular cars that Mansory put out there are just show and tell cars. So the buyer can pick and choose options.

I've hated every Mansory monstrosity I've ever seen except for two: the Rolls Royce Ghost I saw recently (which was much more subdued than anything else I've seen from them), and now this. It's loud and over the top and in your face, but hey, so is a Veyron. And oddly enough the combination of the gold with all the carbon fiber actually looks good on this car. If I was a Russian/Middle Eastern oil billionaire and was actually going to get a Veyron, I'd roll this one. It looks about a million times better than that all-gold Veyron I saw pics of floating around online not long ago.

So, buddy, tell me where the lines on this Bugatti Veryon are be contorted in the wrong directions? In fact tell me where the lines on any of Mansory's model are contorted in anyway from the design of the car? Okay, disclaimer the Porsche Cayenne whatever, now that might have been an epic fail, but beside that tell me where the lines of any of the cars from Mansory has been distorted from the original lines cues? Open your eyes man and see pass the hideous color scheme and the but ugly do-do colorations, and look at the quality of the craftsmanship. Look I don't necessary agree with my Mexican brothers on their color choices when it comes to their cars and what not, but I do take note of the clean executions that went in the details. Don't ever quote Chip Foose thinking that is the whole piece of the pie, because just like you I am one of his biggest fans. He too has taught me to appreciate the value of another artist work even if you don't exactly agree with everything he/she did. You know thats how people look over great houses that have extreme value and potential, because of some aesthetics qualities about the house that they can change once they move in. And please read everything I place up on my post, because if you read it then you would have understand that most of the cars that Mansory post on the web are just show and tell. Basically, showing the clientèle what they can do with the car. And by the way I'm not saying that they are exempt from making butt ugly cars. I'm just saying just look at the craftsmanship. My bad, it takes a craftsman to understand a craftsman, and apparently you are not a craftsman.

you, know in my heated "anger" I replied to the wrong blogger, and for that I appologize to JRobUSC. I met all my anger towards old buddy "Inline6."
