AutoSpies Gets Real: What Current Car Is The UGLIEST Right Now?

As our friend would like to point out that "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder," we know that he's not kidding. But for our own purposes, let's just be real:

What car is the ugliest thing on the planet right now?

So ugly that it probably should be abandoned on a small island that we should consider nuking out of our existence.

And like our friend from The Truth About Cars points out, we are being specific here. Not merely a bland car that has no appeal to it.

We want to know what vehicle gives you the willies. You know, the kind of thing that haunts your dreams and makes you sit up at 3:00 a.m. screaming "No! No!"

I was watching TV the other day and on came “National Lampoon’s Vacation”. I absolutely LOVE this film. The thought of driving 2408 miles across the United States to visit “Wally World” is something I’d love to do (OK, maybe not “Wally World”, but you get the idea). If I drove 2408 miles across the UK, I’ll end up driving my car off a cliff as we’re such a small country. However, what DOESN’T appeal to me is driving 2408 miles across the United States in a “Wagon Queen Family Truckster” (which, according to IMDB trivia was actually a modified Ford LTD Country Squire station wagon). As the picture will show you, it’s a bit of a monster. But it got me thinking…

As nice as the sedan version is, the BMW 5GT really is an unpleasant looking car.

One of my neighbors bought one last month, and the more I see it, the more 'wrong' and out of proportion it looks.

I love the Tiguan. I think its best in class for looks. Especially the interior. That Convertible Murano thing would def make the list.

All current Acuras, except the TSX, which actually looks better than its predecessor, the Nissan Juke and cube, the BMW 1-series and X6, and the whole Scion lineup, except the Tc.

While I agree with most vehicles posted here, there really aren't any awful designs out there. My current least favorite is the Crosstour I suppose. Honda went too far trying to create a non-offensive design.
