Audi Q1: first details revealed
It appears that Audi has big plans for its lineup and in order to achieve sales of over 1 million units per year, the German manufacturer is planning new models.

Many of you folks already know about the A1 Sportback, the S1 and the A1 Cabrio. Well, today we found out that the A1 family will receive a new member, the Q1 or the Allroad version of the A1. Yes, consider it a small crossover, fitted with an all-wheel-drive transmission (2-wheel drive is also considered), which will use the Suzuki SX4 platform.

I don't see this ending well in the states. Perhaps the European market is that much different than the US market but really 3 versions of a car covering 1 part of a fairly small segment doesn't sound like a good idea.

Its funny people trash the American car companies for platform engineering and Audi does it with the A1 and this thing and no one saids anything......you would be foolish to spend so much on economy cars that have been restyled rebadged and given a price premium. If Lexus did a yaris variant, or Cadillac did an Aveo variant people would have issue with it......, no respect

Dude, half the lexus models are are based on Toyotas, nothing new here. I think the issue was with GM or Ford the different models were basically the same car with little attempt to change the price point. Get some fresh hate material, this is old....
