Rumor: Mercedes-Benz working on a CLC Shooting Break based on B-Class

When niche segments become more popular, they tend to become crowded. BMW is said to be working on a shooting break model based on the future 6-Series.

Mercedes-Benz was next to announce that it too will have a shooting break model. An Autobild report states that Mercedes-Benz is developing a new model that will be part of the C-Class range. The C-Class shooting break will have a CLC designation and will be slotted between the C-Class sedan and wagon. However, it will feature a lowered roofline.
