MINI’s engine boss rules out a diesel hybrid system

If you were planning to wait for a hybrid version of the MINI you’d better drop this plan as the manufacturer ruled out the possibility of introducing a diesel hybrid system.

Hey, if hybrid doesn't work for them then it doesn't work. Good to see they aren't being pushed to do something they don't wan't to.

BS. Real reason is they can't figure out a way to package it in the current engine bay...or maybe just the global conspiracy against diesel hybrids. :)
