VIDEO: 2012 BMW M5 Tears It UP Around A Corner
Although this is a brief clip of the 2012 BMW M5, we wanted to post it for all to see because this is the first video showing the M5 operating at full twist.

Firstly, do you think the car sounds good?

Although the motor is based on the X5/6M, which I believe has a gorgeous sounding motor, it sounds tuned particularly to the limit. Could this be pushing out 600 horsepower?

Secondly, why wouldn't you want to see a prototype twisting its hips on the Green Hell?

**Take a look at the 2012 BMW M5 going crazy go nuts around a turn down below...

This is a short but very tantalizing clip of the upcoming F10 M5! Drifting around a wet corner at the Nurburgring, the M5 sounds like it's in the upper RPM range as it powers out of the corner. That's the tweaked version of the S63 V8 twin turbo motor from the X5M/X6M you're hearing, and we expect it to make 585-600hp in the new M5.

The 2012 M5 is expected to premier at the 2011 Frankfurt IAA autoshow in September 2011...

I love this car The BMW M5 is at the top of my list when it comes to BMW. I hope this test mule isnt anything like the finished product. even with the camouflauge on it still seems bland. this car needs an aggressive wheel and body kit to over shadow the bland look of this car. I wish BMW stop make all of this X/crossover crap and make an 8 series and a M7.......

I like the new 5 series but when I saw it in person it looks nice but soft soft. I hope the M5 can chage that. Regarding the sound of the engine, it is great specialy when you hear the turbos spooling up....like no other, I like it more than a Ferrari engine sound.

Sounds awesome, looks balanced. Audi fans take note, M5 can drive in the rain just fine.
