This is a great way to survey customer needs/wants instead of random visitors to their websites with popups asking them to fill out a survey. I don't think Lexus does this, but it seems to me it's either via this means or e-mail surveys that companies increasingly collect info. Not cool.

The least they can do is accommodate the lesser complaints such as aesthetics, user friendliness of dashboard controls, and seat comfort. They can deal with the bigger issues such as engine noise and ride quality in their long-term projects.

There really are 20,000 people that think "Lexus" actually has an advisory board? P.T. Barnum was so right!
