Bubbling trend? Will there be luxury car dealerships in a mall near you soon?

Kansas City's lone BMW dealer on Tuesday opened the luxury car maker's first dealership in a shopping mall.

Merriam-based Baron BMW has opened a satellite, "boutique-style" dealership in Overland Park's Oak Park Mall, the company said in a release Tuesday.

Baron already displayed cars throughout the Oak Park Mall. Adding a showroom was "the next logical step," the company said.

The new dealership is on the lower level just outside the entrance to Nordstrom. An official grand opening ceremony is planned for May 13.

Oh... honey i'm just gonna go to the mall okay, are you going to come? I need to get that new CD at HMW. Oh yeah I forgot I need a new car perhaps a BMW! - And sit your total comes to 37,280, I hope you enjoy your new 3 Series.

I rather buy a car in a dealer that is specially made for cars. NOT A MALL! It's not convenient.

Oh Yeah, buy a mass market economy BMW at East Gate Mall.
