SPIED: The Next-Gen 991 911 Said To Get Some New Gear
Although it may be hard to tell from some of your perspectives, this is the all-new 911 undergoing testing.

I know, I know. It's just like every other 911. But, that's where you'd be wrong. The updated version is said to be longer, wider and benefit from new motors.

So, although Porsche isn't going to blow your mind with an all-new design you have to recall they haven't exactly changed the way the Earth spins on its axis for the past 30 or so years.

These are the latest spy images of the next-generation Porsche 911 in testing ahead of its official launch at next year’s Frankfurt motor show.

Codenamed 991, the heavily re-engineered coupé and cabriolet are set to go on sale in the UK in October 2011. They will get freshened exterior styling, a higher-quality interior, more powerful yet highly fuel-efficient six-cylinder boxer engines, sharpened dynamics and a greater list of high-end options...

Booted you back up. There. Why not get a Cayman S? It's a phenomenal car, and better looking. But I'm being bias here. A Porsche is a Porsche. Any will do.

Investor- Cayman and Boxster are too small. I have long legs, left knee cramps up when I drive them. Its a 911 Cabrio for me.
