VIDEO: LA Laker, Andrew Bynum, Shows Off His G-Power BMW M6
Although the NBA in recent years seems to have gotten a bad rap with some players that are deemed "thugs," it always is nice to see a down-to-earth guy in the league.

One of those gentle giants is the seven-foot-tall Andrew Bynum. Having won two championships with the Los Angeles Lakers at only 22 we have to give props where it is due. Well played, Andrew!

More importantly, though is that Bynum is an absolute car nut. While 00R may not agree with Bynum's choice of mods, you have to appreciate that he adores his vehicles. The car that Bynum mentions is his "baby" is his thoroughly worked BMW M6.

Tuned out with some serious G-Power modifications, he says it is putting out somewhere around 800 ponies.

Probably one of the more entertaining points of this video is watching Bynum get into his car. At around seven-feet tall, he is by no means a small guy. And being that I am 6'8, I can relate to Bynum's woes. It ain't easy being gree...I mean tall.

LA Lakers superstar Andrew Bynum takes the time to showcases his pimped out BMW M6. Furthermore, he goes on camera sharing his love for BMW and how he came to appreciate the brand.

The two-tone painted M6 went through some cosmetic changes, from the black and white paint to carbon fiber roof, lightweight performance wheels, customized Brembo Brakes, redesigned fenders and many more...

No, listen to the way he speaks.

sometimes you can leave the car as is and it makes a statement. imo the car is great stock and that one is UGLY

I agree he destroyed the look of it by FAR.....I wish some people would just leave the paint scheme alone then he has the fast and the furious stickers on it which further degrade the look of a german street race car unless its only made for the track....G-Power does a great job with most of their aftermarket products they offer for BMW enthusiasts..I would definitley go G-Power or Hartge or Racing Dynamics but G-Power would be my first choice when it comes to engine mods. I am sure the performance is way up to par pushing out 820 hp but as for the aesthetics of the car it definitley gets a 0 in my book...but hey to each its own. I think maybe if he took the BMW M3 GTS orange color with the orange pinstripe on the wheel maybe that would look nice but this look is a definite NO NO

While I may be at odds with his cosmetic choices, (which is to be expected in a country that allows you the right to your own opinion and freedom of choice), I can certainly respect the cars performance upgrades.

I'd pass on the paint and stickers personally but to each his/her own. The performance would have to be pretty epic though.

I kinda like what he did with his car. Either he knows a few things or asked around a bit. And when was this filmed?! His knew hasn't fully healed yet?!

he does seem like a down to earth guy, with money. I do like what he did to his vehicle. I probably wouldnt have the decals, but to each his own. I also love the M6 in general. That exhaust sounds really good too.
