2011 Volkwagon Passat Details Leak Out

A new alleged photo of the 2011 Volkswagen Passat has surfaced on the website of Norwegian newspaper Dagbladet.  The paper has sourced the photo directly to VW, handed to the paper by a distributor in Norway.

And the verdict is...Considering the Jetta started to look like the Passat last generation, then the new Jetta breaks cover before this. Can we summize that the new Passat looks more like a oversized Jetta now?

So are we to assume the Tennessee version will look just like this but larger and with a beam axle rear suspension,cheaper plastics on the dash. Sounds like it will simply be a larger version of the US Jetta.
