Toyota Faces Contempt Of Court Charges For Withholding Evidence In Texas Lawsuit
Toyota Motor Corp. must face charges that it acted in contempt of court in a 2007 lawsuit involving a paralyzed woman, the Texas Supreme Court has ruled.
Pennie Green, permanently injured five years ago when her Camry rolled over, originally settled the personal injury suit for $1.5 million. But last fall she filed a motion in state court alleging that the automaker had deliberately withheld documents related to vehicle safety in the course of that case, leading her to settle rather than seek more money or go to trial.

This is just another case if that same disgruntled ex-Toyota lawyer and his grudge against Toyota. What's this guy's damage? Money? Fame? Retribution? Mental imbalance?

An opposing lawyer can not make Toyota withhold evidence in violation of the law! What kind of extreme-bias and disinformation drugs are you smoking?
The more the evidence rolls in from new and different sources the more it looks like Toyota is run by greedy crooks. The conspiracy whinning is more and more ridiculous to maintain. Please give it up and look at the facts and see the truth for waht it really is; Toyota is a dishonest, unethical, and greed driven company.
