New Audi A7 Sportback Photos Released

New Audi A7 Sportback Photos Released
It's been over a month since the all-new Audi A7 Sportback was officially revealed and at the time, the images released were basically standard, neutral-backdrop press shots. Not that there's anything wrong with that but we prefer seeing a new car model in the "real world" - offering an idea of what life with an A7 Sportback would be like (or at least look like). After viewing this photo gallery you'll probably agree, life would be very good indeed.

did audi engineers give up on the "beautiful" aspect of the 4-door coupe concept? Did they even try with this vehicle? - come on!

I'm stil a little confused, I thought this was supposed to compete against the CLS and the new BMW Grand Coupe, but it's just a 5 GT, ZDX, Honda Crosstour, copy. The front half looks great but with the back half it for some reason reminds me of a honda civic

What so important about the BMW 5series GT? The thing is absolutely hideous! Why are people always riding BMW's "genitals" so hard? The answer to your question is yes, but sense the new CLS came out and obliterated it's competition (well Audi) they all have to go back to the drawing board.

But they're going back to the drawing board to basically redefine the station wagon, not compete against a 4 door coupe. That's what I don't understand about this car.

Hmmmm..........ummm...Yes and No, I do agree with you on your statement, but looking at the concept, It clearly shows strides in the "four door coupe" arena. So, that being said in my opinion I think and know (I deliberately contradicted myself) that this vehicle is miss rather than a hit on Audi's part in that particular arena. Nevertheless, it steal is nice vehicle, but doesn't compare to the concept.

You must be out of your mind! This is an Audi, not some crap Japanese trash. Audi is the best luxury brand in Europe and it shows you why. The build quality is simply spectacular mated to a World Award winning engine!

This thing is dull and awkward looking. The profile looks like the Honda Crosstours.

The CLS and Grand coupe look WAY better than this.

I still stand by my belief that this isn't meant to compete with those two cars, it's more of a 5 Series GT or Acura ZDX competitor

@dl767captain, Well you keep standing by it, because obviously it, the design, isn't working at all. Now, grant it that it is not a bad design, but when compared to the concept it lack so much flavor. It becomes bland. I really went heads over hills and mountain when I saw the concept, and now they just give us this bland piece of crap.

Looks like Audi's version of Panamera. Like it from front till C-pillars. Audi tried to be different but i still prefer the sedan like competitors example CLS and BMW Gran Coupe over A7/A5 and Panamera like hatches.

I personally think this think looks just as awkward as the Panamera did when those photos first surfaced. I think (just like the Porsche) this will look better in person.

Just my 2cents.
