Subaru working on a sporty SUV! Forester WRX on its way?

According to firm’s managing director Nick Senior, it appears that Subaru is set to launch a sporty SUV next month, at the Sydney Motor Show. Although no details were released by Senior, the most likely candidate for this job appears to be the popular Forester compact SUV.

For those who don’t know, Subaru has had an STI version of the Forester on the Japanese market, but this new model will not wear the STI badge. Heck if BMW can create every configuration known to man, its seems like offering a WRX version of every car in Subaru's lineup makes perfect sense.

A Forrester STI would be the perfect size. They will definitely need to work on the steering & brake feel as well as body roll.
