VIDEO: MINI WRC Countryman Prototype Caught On Tape

If you were doubting the idea of a MINI competing in the World Rally Championship, you may be amazed by what you are about to see.

The MINI Countryman WRC Prototype has been caught on tape conducting testing in Portugal, according to our friends at Carscoop.

Although 00R is the first to admit he knows just about nothing about WRC, he will concede that he is very interested in the possibility of a MINI entrant.

In fact, I'll just step aside for this one and let the clip do the talking...


Thanks to a tip from Carscoop reader Rafael, we can now share with you the first video footage of MINI's new Countryman WRC prototype, which was caught testing earlier today (Tuesday) at Ponte de Lima in Portugal...
