I love Porsche but IMO it just seems there is far too many 911 choices.

I suspect it is because this is so late in the 997 cycle...new 911 coming out next year I think.

Does anyone know what the location of the very last, smaller photo (and also the photos on the previous post)? Mediterranean somewhere?

A new 911 variant that looks almost exactly like every other 911 in the series... How Predictable.

I respect the performance, but the looks are just old and tired.

more yawn.
Bring the 998 already and make it look like the 918 Spyder.
THAT would be purchase worthy

BTW go ahead and buy this GTS and when the 998 comes out in 12-18 mos? Sell your GTS and enjoy your $60k depreciation hit plus $10k tax. Wooo

I dont see how this car is the least bit exciting it bring nothing new to the 911 except a new badge those wheels have been available the engine has been available as an option, the interior was also an option on other 911s, the only people that are blowing money on these things are die hard Porsche fans that refuse to see the brand really needs to step into a new generation where cars in its price range have a way nicer interiors, similar performance, better rides along with styling that isnt forgetable and dated.....not to mention why even waste the money when a uh hem new(as in it will look like this one probably with a slight difference in the front air damn, headlights and rear with a panamera inspired interior since Porsche cant seem to make unique interiors for all their models)

For the cabriolet they should put hard cover on the back and call it a Speedster?

And why do we need "new" photos for a car that has looked the same for a hundred years? Play the spot-the-difference game? Well I guess I lost the game then.

It will of course sell like hotcakes. I wish that Porsche had not done the "Sport Classic" as a limited production car costing $250 Grand. If they could have gotten rid of the "Twin Bubble" roof that should have been their mass production final hurrah to the 997 series 911.It was a buetiful color with the Futch Like wheels and that classic spoiler.I assume that the GTS will have similar suspension tweeks to it.

I think its because one of the agents owns a 911 turbo. Another agent I believe owns a Bimmer. Thats why we see a lot of pointless porsche and bmw articles lol,but than again if i had the power id probably do the same about the brand and model of car i own.
