New wheels for the Ferrari 599

I had a toy car with wheels like that when I was little! But they are kinda akward on a real car. I like the other style they have for the 599 better. If I were to spend this type of money on a serious sports car, I'd want some serious looking, racing style wheels like those from the 360 Challenge Stradale, not some queer star-wheels. What do you guys think?

I would want a serious looking wheel for a car of Ferarri caliber. Just looking at a Ferrari sitting still is supposed to make your heart skip a beat right? I went to ferrari.com and they have a better looking wheel for this car.

Ferrari has always done a star-type-design on some of their models going back to the 308/328, and I believe even further back (someone correct me?). I think it's nice of Ferrari to keep that classic look continuous as time moves on.

A lot of companies have five to six or seven spoke wheels and of course the 'BBS' basketweave is always popular, but it's different which is nice every once in a while.

But hey, that's the great thing about cars right? One person can have their black multi-spoke and another their yellow star wheel. Although DC, I do have to agree with you on the 360 Challenge...great wheels.

You got it Mark. It is a part of Ferrari heritage. They look much better in person and when you see the entire car. I personally would get optional wheels.

I've always liked Ferrari 5-spoke wheels but the ones shown here are terrible -- I wonder if the design is deliberately satanistic.
