Could The Aston Martin V12 Vantage Be The Best Looking Aston Ever?

Could The Aston Martin V12 Vantage Be The Best Looking Aston Ever?
Considering I am a "spy" I guess you would find it a bit too predictable for me to adore Aston Martins. Well, here's the curveball: I actually never was a huge fan.

Besides the vintage DB5 and "the last hurrah" DB7 GT, the cars never spoke to me. To 00R it seemed like a cross between a Bentley and a Jaguar XK, which was not exactly my taste.

But recently, the legendary marque flipped everything on its head. It introduced the V12 Vantage to the U.S. market.

Fitted with a 6.0-liter V12 powerplant, what is there not to like? It sounds like an absolute monster.

Then, an AutoSpies user sent in some photographs from a recent ride and drive event to promote the V12 Vantage's North American debut, and I had a watershed moment. It all became too clear.

The new Vantage is the best looking Aston, ever.

I remember the first time I saw the V8 Vantage cruising along a stretch of road in Staten Island. I remember eye'ing up every single line the car had and thinking this is what perfection looks like. Although you can argue that an Alfa Romeo 8C looks perfect from every angle, I am going with the V12 Vantage on this one.

What say you, Spies? Is there a better looking Aston out there? Are you diggin' the new V12 Vantage or would you rather have something else?

Its stunning, as is every Aston Martin. But I would have to say the 1964 DB5 takes the cake for me, followed by the DBS as the most beautiful Aston of all time. I think though the V12V is better looking then the DB7 and DB9.

Definitely R-I-C-E!!! It's nice alright, but look at the gills on the fender, vents on the hood, carbon fiber kit, oversized tailpipes, and the clear tail lights makes it an absolute RICER. Agree, no?

Um...no. The V8 Vantage looked pretty similar but the absence of vents and grills and carbon fibre fins made it look way better.

No not the best ever thats to hard to say Aston has a long line of beautiful cars through the years the DB7 GT is a better looking car as is the regular DB9 to me but the vantage is very good looking i just prefer the long low sleek Astons better

This car is gorgeous. Hard to choose choose out of the Aston line up, for the most part they are all stylistically attractive and beautifully proportioned.

Prefer the cleaner design of V8 Vantage more.

Who the hell put those vents in the hood? That is like taking a crayon to the Mona Lisa to "fix it up a bit".

The V8 looks better because it doesn't have the vents. And now you can get the clear tail lenses and diffusers for the V8. Granted, it won't have the V12 under the hood, but this article is about which one looks better.

Nope...! The Aston Martin DBS and stock V8 Vantage is currently the two best looking Aston Martin ever.

NO, it's just a dressed up Vantage, I don't see what the big deal is? The Vantage was attractive to begin with, but I like AM's other offerings.
