U.S. Automakers Emerge From The Doldrums In September
All three US automakers have reported their sales figures for the month of September and the news is good across the board.

We are summarizing the automakers together this month due to the Paris Motor Show coverage but will return to the full releases next month.

US Automaker Sales Summary

Chrysler is reporting an astounding 61% sales increase for the month with the Chrysler group alone up 92% for the month.


 
FOMOCO sales are up an impressive 46% for the month with particularly strong SUV sales leading the way.

 

General Motors Still hindered a bit by sell off defunct brands posted an overall increase of 10.% for the months with core brands jumping by 22.1% for the month.

I'm waiting to see if this One-Month Trend carries on for several months in a row before I get excited. I recall blips like this in the past year, only to be followed by disappointment.

Well steve you should check the past 9 months for Ford and GM. Sales and profits are up.

Current media reports indicate that Bayerisch Motoren Werke AG - better known as BMW - is recalling more than 350,000 BMW and Rolls-Royce-brand luxury autos due to a power brake trouble. The BMW recall will touch upon 345,000 8- and 12-cyllinder engine Bavarian Motor Works automobiles and 5,800 Rolls-Royces built from 2002 to this year. Bavarian Motor Works 5- through 7-Series luxury models are incorporated, also as those of the Rolls-Royce Phantom series. The Bavarian Motor Works recall this year doesn't include the 5-Series sedan, based on a clarification by BMW spokesperson Frank Strebe. This is yet another vehicle recall that could end up making the car manufacturer take out a <a title="Up $1500 Payday Loans" href="<http://personalmoneystore.com/payday-loans/payday-loan/payday-cash-loan/>">payday cash loans</a>.
