2011 BMW 535d - 46 mpg, 800 mile range, and 0-62 in 5.7 seconds
The Diesel Driver reports that the new BMW 535d (F10) gets an incredible 46 mpg and can do 0-62 (0-100 km/h) in just 5.7 seconds, 0.3 seconds faster than the lighter 335d, which has an earlier version of the same engine.

If these numbers are accurate, BMW should have that engine in the US now! Nothing on sale in the US comes close to that for performance or economy.

By the way, I saw pictures of the new BMW 5-Series with the M-package it look Stunning and very Aggressive as well.
