This thing already weighs 4,343 lbs which is about as much as a full sized truck... the silverado 1500 weighs in at 4463 lbs... I don't think they should add any more weight... a 300lb hybrid system will push this thing into hummer h3 territory.

!!!!!!!111!!!!!!111!!!!ITS A GT CAR!!!!!111!!!!!!1111!!
Now that I have that out of the way. The silverado has practically nothing in it and it weighs that much. I doubt you want me to start a GTR beating the Z06 flame war with worse specs.

dude, that is not an excuse, they both have 4.8L engines, but the truck has to have a far heavier/stiffer all steel chassis to handle towing. Plus, if I wanted, I could have compared it to a 4x4 chevy colorado that weighs in at 3366lbs... which is 1000lbs lighter then this behemoth! But that isn't a full sized truck.
