VIDEO SHOWDOWN-Range Rover Sport vs. the competition

I must say that the Range Rover Sport is the best looking and the fastest SUV out of all BUT knowing British engineering its also the most expensive car to maintain. I think the Touareg which is just 2 seconds slower(7.8 as to 7.6) then the Range with a V10 DIESAL engine (Better economy) and German engineering is gonna have to take my vote, hands down. The other cars should not even be compared, as much at as I love Mercedes.

I have to hand it to MB. They beat the competition with a 10 year old engine. Can't wait to see what that ML will do with an extra 90hp (ML550).

You two obviously never heard of the G wagon or UNIMOG.

The G is on par with a Hummer. Even better in most cases because of its narrower track and weight.

On the other hand, the UNIMOG will eat the Hummer alive.

And LX470,is a great performer both offroad and onroad,luxurious,more quality,easy on gas,reliable...etc

What is G good at.Defiantely not in the looks,Luxury,quality,gas,reliability,up to date....etc
It's only good at offroad performance and nothing else.Easily not for many.It's a good commercial or militry SUV and not a good Daily driver or private SUV.

You might also want to read the title of your first post again.

It says "Off roaders competition" followed by best, best, and best.

I'll say it again just in case you didn't understand the G500/G55 would eat the LX alive in off road competition.

BTW, you are totally wrong about the quality of the G. It's made better than anything else on the road. It will outlast any truck. Just in case you didn't know the G is one of the last vehicles that are still hand made.
