I am SO not a BMW FanBoy, but they are an excellent example of how to remain consistently profitable, even in down economies, recessions, or after a debacle like buying Rover, and then paying billions to have someone take it off your hands. For more info, read the book "Driven: Inside BMW, the world's most admired car company." Love' em or hate 'em, BMW does some thing very right.

And... Kudos to Porsche for turning it around! I'd hate to see a world without Porsche doing their stuff. It would be a very sad loss. Glad to hear they're heading back to "healthy."
