who cares about how much power they say it has. At the end of the day it still put down a 7:20.

That's great numbers and i like the refreshed front end. Also good to see Nissan responding to the challenges of much expensive Super cars like ZR1, Viper ACR and updated 911 Turbo. I hope Nissan don't increase the price too much.
Can't wait for Round 3 comparison tests of updated Turbo vs updated GT-R.

BTW Joe don't see u doubting the lap times when European manufactures claim it.

pointatob, this car is clearly impressive, I always like to see what facts you have based your opinion on? I know there earlier tranny was weak, anything else? Without facts ones opinion is regarded as fecal matter too

Good questions are not valued here ironically, people we are not at war here, this isn't a foot ball game and we are cheering for the opposition, we are hopefully debating as to why we like or dislike attributes of certain vehicles.

And the fact its price tag isn't completely out of the realm of the average joe really makes this a special car.

I would loose my license in this car within a month.

Exactly. What it 'lacks' in power, it makes up in corners...... And some boneheads are still bitching.

So what your saying is that the 2012 GT-R is actually faster than its much more expensive counterpart...the 2010 Spec-V? Maybe its me...but I can't seem to find any data on the Spec-V times. I'm sure this is available to all the GT-R fanboys on this site.

I was wondering too. My take is it can only be faster, but not by much.
