Bentley preparing more special editions for the 2011 Continental GT

According to the latest reports from Autocar, Bentley is planning to build more special editions of the all-new 2011 Continental GT, after the model will go on sale in 2011. The British manufacturer sold 23,000 examples of the outgoing Continental GT in seven years, but with the new special editions, we well as the introduction of a V8-powered Continental GT, the new model might overtake the current one. The 2011 Bentley Continental GT will go on sale early next year, and will carry a base price tag of $189,900 MSRP (exclusive of individual state taxes).

I like Bentley's style, as it still invokes "classic" elegance. But I am so not into those bling headlights.

Regarding the lower pricing and V8 engine, I'm wondering if someone who can afford a Bentley really wants to get the "economy" V8 model rather than the more prestigeous W12. Would that be the "poser Bentley"?

Only the sat nav is ordinary, not in line with Bentley heritage. The others are A-OK. Hybrid AWD?
