SPY PHOTO: Audi A7 coupe

Audi is planning a huge product assault over the next few years with one of the lead products being the new Audi A7 coupe, that will compete with cars like the Mercedes-Benz CLS.

Autoweek has a photoshopped guess of what it could look like...



Sources tell the Spies that the next A8 will have a similar looking face.

How is it a Passat?

- The A7 will be built on Audi's new flexible platform architecture, not shared by any VW models (the current A4 and A6 also do not share VW platforms either).

- The A7 will have the advanced rear-biased asymetrical/fully mechanical Torsen quattro system. The 4Motion on all current VW's use a completely different (and far less advanced) front-biased Haldex AWD system.

- The A7 will use a suite of new Audi/Lamborghini-produced FSI engines, not manufactured by VW.

So again, how will the A7 be an overpriced Passat if it uses zero-percent VW technology?

And even i think nate is wrong.And Audis are strickly not overpriced VW,same like Lexus not an overpriced Toyota.

Not only Audi,i like all Brands.
And according to your screen name it looks like u can't bear to hear anything against Audi.

Do u even know something about the upcoming A7.It's just rumours.Nobody knows what it will look like.A CLK Competitor or SL competitor or CLS's.And Above everything it's intro is very far.

For that matter, we even have very limited info about the upcoimg A5 Coupe.A7 is very far.
Better discuss anout the A5.

This shows how blindly u r following Audi,and without any info or test drives or experiences...etc,u just start loving there products.Folow them.

Audi's are really good cars.A blend of Luxury,comfort,performance,speed...etc

In this Photoshop,the headlight looks like the new TT's and the huge air intake give the impression that it will be performance-oriented.
