2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK coming with on-board Internet access
According to the latest reports, it appears that the all-new 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK will be the first car from the manufacturer receiving on-board Internet access via its Command infotainment platform. The sources who confirmed this fact also added that the next-generation Mercedes-Benz C-Class is expected to offer the same Web-browsing capability. The new C-Class will arrive on the market shortly after the SLK debuts.

Awesome! I didn't know what I could possibly be doing between texting, phone calls, email on the Blackberry, listening to tunes on my iPod, and programming my GPS. It'll be great to be able to Google or Wiki something during those boring "between" times. I sure hope they don't skimp out, and offer support for apps to so I can start up a few more torrent downloads during my commute to the office.
