Thar she blows! Well, for the team in Sant'Agata, this marks the end of an era. The Murcielago's legacy has come to an end. Now it can join the other ranks of Lamborghini vehicles that are merely history.

With that said though, of course the Spies have some questions:

It’s the end of an era – the last Murciélago has rolled off Lamborghini’s production line in Sant’Agata, Italy. The bright orange LP670-4 SV is the 4,099th Murcielago to be built, and was bought by a customer in Switzerland.

The reventon was a version of the murcielago correct? I'd say it was the best. And as to it's place in lamborghini history... right beside the Diablo.

I am one of the biggiest fans of the Lamborghini brand and I will miss the Murcielago but with time things must change and I am welcoming the Jota with open arms.

The car is as large as a sedan, but its shape was like other awesome supercars... it was one heck of an awesome hypercar!!!
