Dodge to receive its first 40 mpg small car in 14 months
According to the latest reports from Automotive News, it appears that Dodge will receive a 40-mpg small car based on the new Fiat platform within 14 months. Furthermore, Dodge CEO Ralph Gilles also said that the tooling for that car was handed off to Chrysler Group’s engineering department, which means that the American manufacturer will start working on its new small car in no time.

The new vehicle is set to become Chrysler’s key in meeting the new U.S. fuel- economy standards. But, until the new car will be introduced, Chrysler has new surprises for you folks in the form of the 2011 Dodge Charger sedan and the all-new 2011 Dodge Durango.
