Wow, you know you're dealing with a lot of cloth when the designers have to put in a skylight into the convertible top so the rear seat passengers don't get motion-sickness.
I still like it, but this is not the car for me. It should do crazy well with wealthy retirees and seniors.

I don't know about other cabrios but Popular Beetle Cabrio is in trouble here in Dubai. Good to see a Japanese company taking few design risks first with Juke and now Murano Cabrio. Also i would say new Nissan Patrol/Infiniti QX are also risky designs.
Best of Luck Nissan.

This will be the fastest moving vehicle off the lot and backordered.
It will find a large audience. Nissan has a winner on its hands. Retirees and seniors...yes. But do not forget fathers buying daughters
a first, safe fun car that both can agree on. Or mothers looking for
a bit of the good life after kicking the mini van to the curb. This will be copied by others.

It's $46,390 bucks, it's a dust collector.

Could that be because its a "top down" vehicle? I know some have mastered looking good top up AND down but most of the time, you cant have your cake and eat it too.

With this, the Juke, the Cube and the Leaf I think Nissan is trying to takeover the "quirky" market.

I pointed out VW Beetle cabrio because there are some cars which don't have direct competitors. Ultra niche category. VW Beetle cabrio is one, CLS when debuted was also in this category, PT Cruiser and now Murano cabrio.
Cars from this category attract similar type of buyers so that is why i said VW Beetle cabrio may loose some buyers to Murano cabrio.

Strange that a convertible SUV somehow has the same profile and bulbous ass size as the lexus IS convertible
