Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante

Lamborghini revealed today the all-new Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante, lighter version of the Gallardo LP 560-4 Spyder which promises to deliver better handling and performances. As we already told you yesterday, the car is powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine delivering 570 hp (419 kW) at 8,000 rpm and an impressive 540 Nm of torque (398,3 ft lbs) at 6,500 rpm.

With these numbers the car can sprint from zero to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in just 3.9 second, while the top speed is limited to 324 km/h (201 mph). The engine is mated via the e-gear transmission operated via steering wheel paddles, as standard.

I'm pretty it will be much faster because the Audi R8 V10 coupe and roadster goes from 0-60 in 3.4 to 3.9 with less horsepower than this Gallardo Spyder. I think this Gallardo Spyder will do in 3.2 to 3.4 seconds for sure.
