Toyota recalling 378,000 Prius models in the U.S. for a coolant pump glitch
Toyota announced today that it will fix almost 378,000 Prius models in the United States for a coolant pump glitch that, according to the manufacturer, could cause the car to overheat and lose power.

The affected models were manufactured between 2004 and 2007, but the good news is that Toyota didn’t receive any reports of accidents or injuries from problems with the pump. Toyota spokesman said that the manufacturer will replace the pumps on the Prius models sold outside of the United States as well.

When since does an overheating car cause injury or accident? Oh...I forget...there are lame ass people driving around on the streets. You know the kind...that don't know how to step on a brake pedal to stop a runaway car...<smdh> Anyway, go do your thing, Toyota. Keep standing by your products...

Another recall. Big deal. We all know Toyota's had a bad year. Let see what 2011 holds for them. Stop with the ToyoLexus recalls. It's boring and I don't care about their cars anyways. Any super car news? Like a new Brabus SLS ? or updates on that monster Porsche flagship that's suppose to come out?

So, with all the other auto sites reporting this today are you suggesting Autospies have a news blackout on any unfavorable news on Toyota?
