EPA announces three MPG ratings for 2011 Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrid

Chevrolet says the 2011 Chevrolet Volt plug-in hybrid would start selling very soon as the Environmental Protection Agency has already determined the gasoline mileage figures. To calculate such figures, the EPA developed a new mileage rating method for plug-in hybrids and electric that does not distinguish between city and highway fuel economy.
