I think the combined milage is for British (Imperial) gallons which are bigger than American ones.

Why putting the old grille of Range Rover HSE in the new diesel variant.
Is it only on the diesel variant or on both gasoline as well.

It's a Range Rover. Nothing else needs to be said. I have one and I see tons of them on the road. People will always buy them like they buy the S class and the 911. They are the 3 staple luxuries that will never go away. Luxury sedan= Mercedes S-class, Luxury sports car= Porsche 911, Luxury truck= Range Rover.

I do have to admit that Ford should not tinker too much with this truck. They have done good so far, except the Jaguar(Ford) engines they now have. If they keep the classic silhouette of the RR, they will keep them coming back for years on end.
