Dodge Recalls 76,000 Ram Trucks For Incorrect Brake Fluid Cap
Chrysler is recalling over 76,000 diesel Ram pickup trucks due to a problem with the braking system. The Rams built between March 2009 and October 2010 have a hydroboost brake system that may be equipped with a power steering reservoir cap. Excessive vent pressure levels may result in brake pedals that can be slow to return. This would also cause the brake lights to be slow to turn off, which could increase the risk of a crash.

Yes it sounds like a label problem and the feds are very picky when it comes to that.

I consider this less of a recall and more of a "let's mail out new caps to all owners with detailed picture instructions on how to replace."

Recalls are turning into "boy who cried wolf" situations as people relate something like this to bad reliability or other issues with the car. While in truth it is a simple fix.
