I will be getting rid of my 911 Turbo PDK for the next 911. It looks bigger and has more road presence and that does well for me. I hope it's not a lot heavier though. Even then it's not hard to get 3.5 seconds to 100km/hr now that they're well in the low 3's with the current GT2/GT2 RS and turbo.

The new 911 is supposed to be 125LBs lighter then the current one.Further it's about 1/2 inch lower, about 3 inches longer. I'm uncertain of the width although the car looks to be a couple of inches wider then the current model.Otherwise the standard Porsche design quews are there.

I'm really feeling this 911...so much so that I'm really considering buying one...but the only thing that keeps putting me off about these cars is that every geriatric with a 6 figure pension is gonna buy one also.

Very nice. I will be amazed if its even lighter that 997 model. But then again porsche engineering is second to none. I have a 2008 997 turbo and they are fast but also light and have a go kart handling. Also i always had problem with AWD sport cars but with this one i can turn off the PSM and almost get a RWD feeling out of the car. Before having this car i was always a bmw or MB fan. Now no car except ferarri give u a better feeling DRIVING it. Not looking at it. Lots of cars are better looking. Althou for porsche lovers the design is exactly what they want. Small. Light also comfortable and full of history. For bmw lovers please consider a used porsche instead. Wont go back to any other car. Also very reliable. I live in a cold place. So the turbo works perfectly right now.

Looks bigger, especially the rear end. I guess it's a sign they're moving the engine towards the middle of the car.

It looks better proportioned and better balanced with the longer wheelbase.

It looks great, too bad the engine is in the wrong place.
