Dang I thought I would never say this but I agree with you.

Reviewers live with the car about a week before they turn it back in. Typically if they can’t figure it out in 10 mins then they give up.

The average BMW owner will learn the I-Drive and be proficient in a few days and never give it another thought. It will soon become second nature.

Kind of like learning anything, once you get the hang of it makes sense. Those who never learn are not giving an effort.
