What Car Would You Return If It Were A Gift From Santa?

What Car Would You Return If It Were A Gift From Santa?
Ah, Christmas. What a holiday! Good food, good people and a good vehicle. Doesn't get much better than that.

Yesterday we asked you what car you would want Santa to leave you, provided you had $75,000 smackers. This time around we've got something a little different.

One thing about this holiday is that a lot of the time you get a gift you simply don't want. Take, for example, that pair of hideous lime green and pastel pink argyle socks your Aunt Agnes gave you. Yeah, they're not so hot.

With that said, the Agents want to know what car you would return if you received it as a gift?

Not so sure what we mean? Well, let me give you some examples:

- Chrysler Town & Country

- Chevrolet Corvette

- Audi A3

- Lexus HS250h

- Toyota Camry

- Anything made by Daewoo

- Ford Fiesta

- GMC Acadia

- Maserati Quattroporte

- BMW 550i Gran Turismo

I certainly wouldn't return a Maserati Quattroporte if it was given to me as a gift!

I hear you, but there is no such thing as "free". Everything has a cost.

If it is a gift, there is a gift tax. Have you ever done taxes before?

Why return when you can sell (considerably below market value so it's off your hands fast) and have some money?

That said, I would have qualms about selling the (hideous) Nissan Cube, even to a willing buyer :)

everything on that list except the maserati, the bmw and the audi (though the audi is a bit small for me, so that would likely go back too).

I'd never return a gift. Ungratefulness is worse than witchcraft. I would exchange however, without the gifter's knowledge. In that case I would exchange a Ford Expedition, Flex, any minivan or pickup truck with something of equal or lesser value.

This is for fun Delan not REALLY for hurting Santa's feelings.

So WHAT car would you return?

I agree though. I would turn away any lexus. I love my current car too much (BMW 335) that no Lexus would be worth keeping. Not even as a daily driver and keeping my BMW in the garage. I like to enjoy my drive, not sleep during my drive.
